The 2024 Township of Georgian Bay Honey Bee Festival will be combining all vendors and artists.  
 
If you as an artist or vendor are interested in being a part of our 2024 Honey Bee Festival Marketplace, please fill in the application below.

The Honey Bee Festival is run solely on volunteers with the intention to raise money for the Georgian Bay Biosphere. Vendor and artist donations are mandatory this year which will go towards prizes or our silent auction. This is a great opportunity for vendors to promote specific items. We ask that auction items have a $25.00 minimum value. Please state on your donated item the intended value. 
 
Our artist and vendor fee is $60.00 for a single booth, and $100 for a double booth (only available to honey vendors). Tents, shelters or tables and chairs will not be provided. We also have electrical sites available, prices listed below. Further details regarding set up will be provided to you once your application has been approved. Please allow 3-5 business days to be notified. 
 
There is no charge or donation required for non-profit organizations. 
 
Insurance:
Liability insurance is required for all vendors prior at time of application. The application will not allow you to proceed without proof of insurance. Vendor insurance must name the Township of Georgian Bay.

Thank you for applying, you will hear back from us if your application has been accepted.  Once your application has been approved, you will be contacted regarding payment. Payment will be made at that time via Township of Georgian Bay Payment Form.
